Expedition Ride Ireland 2026
2 days & 1 night. Horse by day, dinner and yurt camp by night. An experience of a lifetime — approx. 80km across west coast beaches, valleys and hidden villages.

▸Day 1 — Saturday
- Arrive 10:30/11am (Eircode F28W226)
- Load gear into the van, mount and head off
- Ride the beaches, then head to Doolough Valley for lunch at @tia.cafe.deli.bakery
- Pitch in secret location for the night — yurt camping & BBQ
▸Day 2 — Sunday
- Morning yoga to stretch out and start the day
- Breakfast in the wild, then remount
- Travel through more wilderness and villages you didn't know existed
- Coffee stop and a beach blast on the way home
- Lunch & dinner at @p.dans2025
- Hug your horses and head off mid-afternoon

Mini Expo & Spa
3 days, 2 nights, 3 ride-outs — in collaboration with @delphiresort. Beach rides, yoga, thermal suite, a 2-course dinner in the resort restaurant, and the last supper at pdans.

▸Day 1 — Friday
- Arrive at Horse Back West, meet the gang
- 2hr local beach ride
- Home-cooked meal in the evening
- Overnight stay in our beautiful yurt
▸Day 2 — Saturday
- 4hrs in the saddle
- Wake to beach views & optional yoga stretch
- Breakfast, pack the jeep, ride across beach & track to Doolough Valley
- Snack at @tia.cafe.deli.bakery (aka The Silver Bullet)
- Ride the final km to Delphi Resort — horses put to bed
- Check into shared hostel accommodation
- Relax in the luxurious thermal suite
- 2-course dinner in the resort's well-known restaurant
- Evening: walk the grounds, or a cocktail or Guinness at the bar
▸Day 3 — Sunday
- Breakfast included to set us up for 4hrs in the saddle
- Stretch before mounting, then hit the trail home
- A double take of Doolough Valley & all our west coast beaches
- Conclude the adventure with the last supper at pdans bar & restaurant

Let's take the horses to Clare Island
It's just around the corner, lads. Two days on the island — many beaches to the ferry, yurt pitch, a 5-course tasting menu at Stonebarn Cafe, and a cheeky pint at the community centre.

▸Day 1 — Saturday
- Ride the many beaches to the ferry
- Load the precious cargo & head for @clareisland
- On arrival, tuck the horses in and set up the yurt pitch
- Head to @stonebarncafe for a 5-course tasting menu — homegrown, freshly picked ingredients
- Later: a cheeky visit to @clareislandcommunitycentre (word is the Guinness is good)
▸Day 2 — Sunday
- Easy breezy morning — optional stretch and dip
- Breakfast, then mount up and explore "The Island"
- Ferry the horses back that afternoon
- Scamper across the beaches home
- Dinner at @p.dans_ to finish the adventure
